We use "Just-in-Time Enrollment." When you select a plan and complete your purchase through our secure payment partner, your subscription is automatically activated using the name and email you provided during checkout. No extra steps are required. You will recieve an email with your subscription details.

All alerts are sent directly to the email address you used during payment. If our AI detects your name or email in a verified data breach repository, you will receive an automated, high-priority email from our official support email.

You are in full control. Every notification email we send contains a direct link to your Customer Portal. Alternatively, you can click "Manage" in our navbar, enter your email, and receive a secure link to cancel your plan with one click.

Due to the digital nature of our service and the immediate cost of scanning global databases, all sales are final. Our service is considered "fully rendered" the moment the first scan is initiated upon payment. You may, however, cancel at any time to prevent future billing. No cancellation fees apply.

Our system monitors verified data sources 24/7. Depending on your tier, we perform automated scans at regular intervals to ensure that as soon as a new breach is verified, you are the first to know.

Don't panic. Our alert email will include a summary of where the breach occurred. Your first step should always be to contact your bank and freeze the card.
